NHLOA Presents Painting to retired Ref Paul Stewart.
The NHL Officials Association recently presented retired NHL Referee Paul Stewart and former NHLOA Member with a commemorative painting in honour and recogntion of his lenghty Officiating Career in the National Hockey League.
Stewart was born March 21, 1953 in Jamaica Plain, Boston, Massachusetts and is a former player with the Quebec Nordiques.
After his playing days were finished, he had a career as a National Hockey League [NHL] referee until his retirement in 2003.
Stewart is currently the League Supervisor of Officials for ECAC Hockey.
